First was a visit to Service. The service dept told us that items were fixed but definitely were not. One "fixed" part broke in the parking lot. A light that was supposed to be fixed was not. "It was fixed a minute a go" says the service guy. Light was actually blown (fixed by another Honda dealer)

We were in with mother-in-law to buy a used car. Asst mgr gives us a price of $10.3k inclusive, good thru the weekend. Not in writing. "I'll honor the price" he tells all of us. We come back the next day. Asst mgr is out. Mgr says "No way, $11k minimum". Sales guy that was present when original deal made says nothing.
